We want our guest to have an enjoyable and memorable stay. To help us provide you with the best possible service, please review the following policies and understand our need to abide by them.

CHECK-IN

• Check-in time is 4PM.
• Pre-arrival information is sent 24 hours prior to your check in to the email address we have on file. If you do not receive this email, please contact 888.811.7850. You will receive your unique 6-digit access code within the Pre-Arrival Email.
• Minimum age for check-in is 24.
• Early check-ins are available on a case-by-case basis.
• For reservation and check-in questions call 888.811.7850.

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out time is 10 AM on your departure date.
• Check-out procedures vary based on location and are included in your Pre-arrival letter. Please email plan@tripforth.com or call 888.811.7850 with questions about check-out.
• Failure to depart on time may result in a charge equal to one additional night.

PET POLICY

• This property is pet friendly!
• Pet friendly accommodations are subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $50 for up to 3 dogs.

SERVICE ANIMALS

• Service Animals are always welcome.
• Service Animals are not subject to additional fees in accordance with ADA (Americans Disabilities Act) and Fair Housing Laws.
• Service Animals must be declared at the time of booking whenever possible and prior to the check-in in all instances.
• Guests declaring a Service Animal must answer the following questions:

Is the animal required because of a disability?
What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Documentation may be required.

SMOKING

• This home has a strict non-smoking policy.

MAINTENANCE

• Report any inoperative equipment to our office at 888.811.7850.

PARKING

• Parking is limited to two (4) vehicles per unit, unless otherwise stated.

PARTIES & EVENTS

• Large gatherings are prohibited without a separate agreement and advanced notification.
• Fraternities and sororities are prohibited.
• Special pricing and security deposits may be required on homes deemed “Event Homes.”

FIRE PIT:  We do have a fire pit however we do not provide wood, please bring fire wood or source it locally .

INTERNET:  We have Starlink (the fastest and most reliable internet)

HOTTUB: Available for your use

INFORMATION:

Things you might want to bring with you. Fire wood, bottled water, coffee, sugar, paper products, extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags, insect spray sun block, flashlights, beach towels. We supply travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so you might want to bring extra.
